We use baat gong sau to win.
We must be fast and fully committed when performing the baat gong sau.
We cannot use yao with the baat gong sau techniques as this will open us up to a counterattack.
As in cases such as the hyun choi, we must use a double hyun choi or else our center is open to attack.
The baat gong sau typically coordinates with a diu sau. (Except two). So the diu sau must to be performed correctly for the techniques to work. It also utilizes a kum Na concept (Qin Na).
Most baat gong sau methods utilize a gong sik. This increases the forward power of the baat gong sau.
